A seasoned Mechanical Engineer (NIT Durgapur) with over 38 years of experience in design, planning, manufacturing, and assembly & testing in the aerospace industry. He has led strategic initiatives in project planning, CNC programming, machining technologies, and indigenization processes for all types of Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Aircrafts.
He has a strong track record in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), developing advanced manufacturing technologies, and optimizing production efficiency. His expertise in technology development, vendor collaboration, and process improvement positions him as a valuable consultant for organizations seeking operational excellence in manufacturing and engineering.

Formerly Head of Electrical/Electronics of R & D Centre of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited
He has completed B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Allahabad.
He has rich experience of more than 37years in design & development of Electrical/Electronics Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)
He Joined ASERDC, HAL, Lucknow as Assistant Engineer (Aero). He has contributed in designing accessories of Electrical System, Fuel Measurement System, Cockpit Lighting System, Power Converters for airborne applications.
He is well versed with airworthiness standards ( Military and Civil both).
He has expertise in Type Testing including EMI/EMC testing.
Rajesh Khanduri
Chief of Projects
Formerly Maintenance Head of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited
A seasoned executive with +35 years of experience in aviation giant of India in diverse capacities including Project, Quality, Maintenance & Outsourcing management.
Specialisation in design of Test Rigs for normal & PQT (Periodic Quality Test) of Flight Control Systems, Hydraulic Pumps & other Rotables of Aircraft / Helicopter.
Results oriented with a track record of delivering solutions for customers lacking on test & measurement methodology.
Proven ability to combine vision, zeal to create positive condition and strong understanding of aeronautics solutions / services to succeed in technical leadership roles.

Overall, more than 38 years with a wide range of exposure and experience in the field of Design Quality Assurance, Development, planning and successful execution of Electrical and Electronic related Aerospace projects for Aircraft application (Military & Civil)

Formerly Head of R & D of AEG Power Solutions, Malaysia and Director Marketing of Para Manufacturing, Malaysia
He completed his Engineering Graduation from The Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi with starting his disciplined life from Indian Army.
He joined R&D department in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Lucknow and contributed in designing Accessories for LCA, ALH and IJT For 20 years.
He joined US Multinational AEG Power Solutions, Malaysia in 2007 as R&D Head and involved in Cost Reduction and Designing UL Automotive Battery Charger for USA.
He was Director Marketing in Para Manufacturing, Malaysia and settled new business of Automotive Chargers for the company.
